It's been a long while since we've had another dad on the show, and we couldn't be happier to open up with this guest!
Dave O sits down and talks with dad of 2 (8 and 4) Nick from California. Nick is the operator of the Instagram page "Dadding Greatly" which aims to help dads overcome their own mental health and setting up memorable moments for our kids.
Nick battled with anxiety for years (without even knowing he had it), until one day his anxiety was so bad in "the happiest place on Earth". From there, he started getting the help that was needed and is taking his battles one step at a time.
