Today on Fearless Fathers, we're talking about when is the right time for "me time" as a dad. No, not talking about that. We're talking about the time to just be you and step away (if even for a little while).
Three things we want you to think about during today's episode:
1. Having your time is a good thing. We all need it. 2. Know the difference between "productive me time" and "busy me time". 3. Just be in the now, not in the future.
