Today, we're digging deep into actually being there for your children. The world has shifted, and we need to as well. We work to put food on the table. We drag ourselves with busted knees, and bloody fingers to sacrifice ourselves for our family. That's what we have been conditioned to do. That's what we are told we have to do!
That's just far from the truth.
When we finally are home, and with our family, we are absent. We decompress, we think about what's going to happen, or what already happened. We forget to just enjoy the now. The moments we are building for not just our children, but for ourselves.
This is a deep episode, to remind you to take a breath. Know that what you're doing is still good. Know that it's a time to shift through. The shift from being a zombie in life to being present. We challenge you today to really think and get uncomfortable.
