Today on Fearless Fathers, We have Arnulfo (Nufo) Perez. He is the creator of the "Being a Present Father" Podcast. His podcast centers on just being present in your children's lives, breaking the traditional roles of fatherhood, in more of an active role.
Nufo agreed to sit down and swap seats and let Dave pick his brain on what makes him a "Fearless Father".
Nufo brings some AMAZING insight into his life as a dad. From where his mind was when his wife was pregnant after only knowing each other six months, to how he learned from his past mistakes and adapted to his kids, to breaking his stigmas and being not just a father, but a mentor to his kids. There is so much in this episode, but we want you to hold on to these three takeaways:
1. Don't just be supportive, be present.
2. Your kids learn by your actions, not your words.
3. Discipline your kids, but don't instill fear.
